Service Description

ZF Leads provides lead generation services to businesses through website ranking and lead forwarding. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales outcomes.

Subscription Policy

1. Subscription payments are billed automatically on a recurring basis as per the agreement.
2. Subscriptions can be canceled with a 30-day written notice before the next billing cycle.
3. No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

 Payments & Refund Policy

1. Payments are due as agreed in your service contract.
2. We offer a 30-day refund policy if you are unsatisfied with the lead quality.
3. After the initial 30-day period, all payments are non-refundable.

Dispute & Cancellation Policy

1. If you have a dispute regarding lead quality or billing, please contact our support team within 7 days of the issue.
2. Clients may cancel services at any time. No long-term contracts or commitments.

Late Payment Policy

1. Payments not received within the agreed due date will be subject to a 10% late fee.
2. A 5-day grace period will be provided before the late fee applies.
3. Continued non-payment beyond 30 days may result in service suspension until payment is received.

Termination Policy

ZF Leads reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion, including but not limited to:

1. Violation of these Terms of Service.
2. Non-payment of services.
3. Abuse, fraud, or misuse of our services.
4. Any activity that disrupts our operations or negatively impacts our business. Termination may occur with or without prior notice, depending on the severity of the violation.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and proprietary methods used by ZF Leads remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce our materials without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

ZF Leads is not liable for lost revenue or business impact from our services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive business information exchanged during the course of service.

Disclaimer

ZF Leads does not guarantee specific business outcomes, increased revenue, or a set number of leads.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZF Leads, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights. This indemnification obligation survives termination of your use of our services.

Severability Clause

If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gillette, Wyoming without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gillette, Wyoming.
